YoGO power yoga in English

Whether you want to start yoga, or you already have experience with yoga, find an hour for yourself at least twice a week.

We bring you yoga classes in English. All you need to do is to sign in and make a reservation.  Our space is limited, so hurry up. You can choose if you buy a yoga pass with 5, 10 or 15 lessons or you will pay for each lesson. Check our price list for more information.

What can I expect from the lesson?

YoGO power yoga helps you get rid of backpain, release stress, strengthen your muscles and find a new source of energy. You will enjoy the great feeling after the lesson.

What should I bring?

We have everything prepared for you in our studio – yoga mats, blankets and water. So just bring comfortable clothes, eventually a towel, if you want to shower. It is not necessary to bring any shoes. We are practicing yoga only in socks or barefoot.

Is there any age limit?

Power yoga lessons are composed specifically for adults. Child’s body is acting in a different way compared to adult body (it has different muscular tonus, different range of mobility etc.), that is why the power yoga lessons are not suitable for children.
